Synergy by hotkeys

So I got annoyed a few times with Synergy, because I don't always want the edge of the screen to switch to the other monitor. I figured out how to remedy this.

In Synergy setup, there is a section for hotkeys. One option is to switch to screen___. I think this is cool! However, if I got rid of the screen mappings, synergy doesn't allow that computer to login to the service. I found that if I map 0-0 from one screen to 0-0 of the other, I effectively disable the edge-of-screen swaps, but can still swap screens through hotkey. Pretty cool!

You'll have to demo it for me sometime. It sounds pretty exciting.

It's not super exciting but it's still a cool option if that's what you want.
